Who is in your life...

Is there someone in your life right now who you do not know where they stand with Jesus? I’m sure there is. So will you share the grace and truth of the gospel with them? At Watermark, we share the grace and truth of the gospel to make an impression and leave a mark for Jesus Christ!

How do we share the gospel?

Be BOLD. Boldly and confidently share Christ with others! Pray that God will give you the confidence you need to share your faith. 29 Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness. Acts 4:29, 31. Do you have the boldness needed to have this vital conversation?

Be PREPARED. 15 But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have… 1 Peter 3:15a. Are you prepared to share your faith? God will give you the words you need when the opportunity presents itself. (Acts 1:8).

Be RESPECTFUL. …But do this with gentleness and respect, 1 Peter 3:15b. Remember, the gospel is born out of love, not judgement. (John 3:16-17). Always share the gospel out of a sincere love and concern for others!

Start with PRAYER! Pray that God would open your eyes to people around you who may be far from Him. (2 Corinthians 4:4) Pray for wisdom when you share Christ with them. (James 1:5) Pray that God would help you to live a life that honors Him. (Galatians 5:22-23)

Remember, it is not up to you to “save” anyone. You share, God saves! 6 I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. 1 Corinthians 3:6
