Join our Service and Missions Team, where we become the hands and feet of Jesus to meet practical needs and spread God’s love far and wide. As a member, you’ll help coordinate meaningful outreach initiatives that address the needs of our neighbors, support local organizations, and share the Gospel through acts of kindness.

As a member of the Events Team, you will play a crucial role in planning and hosting large and small church-wide gatherings. From inspiring worship nights to family fun days, together, we can create memorable experiences that draw us closer to each other and to God.

The Care Team offers support to Watermarkers experiencing life’s toughest moments, through meals, prayer, and cards of encouragement. It’s a low hurdle, high impact way to make an impression, and leave a mark for Jesus Christ!

As a member of this team, you will help with maintenance and general upkeep of our building and grounds. These are the behind-the-scenes heroes who keep our campus welcoming, safe, and ready for ministry. You will assist the Facilities Manager with basic maintenance, projects, repairs (plumbing, electric, carpentry, etc.) and upkeep of the church building and grounds.

Do you have a love for children and sharing the good news of Jesus with them?  Then KidsPort and/or KidsPort Plus is the place for you!  Volunteers in KidsPort care for all ages of Watermark's youngest from infants through 5th grade.  Every classroom (ages 2-5th grade) offers engaging, age-appropriate activities and Bible lessons that help plant seeds of faith in childrens' lives.  KidsPort is available during both Sunday morning worship services.  KidsPort Plus is on Wednesday evenings during the school year from 5:30pm-7:00pm.  

The Port is our youth group for teens grades 6-12 where faith, friendship, and fun come together! Meeting Sundays during the school year from 5:00pm-7:00pm, gatherings are filled with engaging activities, meaningful discussions, and opportunities to serve others, all aimed at deepening the faith of our teens and fostering lasting bonds. Whether through worship nights, group outings, or service projects, we strive to cultivate a spirit of God's love that reflects our shared values.

The Production Team is the heartbeat behind our services, ensuring that every element from sound and lighting to visuals and media works seamlessly together to create an atmosphere where hearts can connect with God and one another. Whether you’re operating sound equipment, managing visuals, or designing lighting, each task you perform contributes to an impactful and engaging worship service. Your efforts empower our pastors, musicians, and worship leaders to communicate God’s love and truth effectively.

Our Worship Team is more than just a group of musicians and singers; they are a family devoted to creating an atmosphere of worship that invites everyone into a deeper relationship with Jesus. As a member of the Worship Team, you’ll experience the joy of serving alongside fellow Believers who are equally passionate about worship. Whether you play an instrument, sing, or have a heart for worship in any capacity, your contributions will make a difference in the lives of others.

Our food pantry is more than just a place to receive groceries; it’s a sanctuary of support for families and individuals facing food insecurity. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in providing nourishment, kindness, and dignity to those who come through our doors. Your hands will help in packing bags, setting up and breaking down the market, and welcoming every guest with warmth and a listening ear. Each bag of food handed out is a reminder that they are not alone and that they are loved by God and their community.

The Creative Team is a dynamic group of individuals dedicated to capturing and celebrating the vibrant life of our church community through photography and videography.  Whether it’s on Sunday mornings or during special events, this team plays a crucial role in preserving moments that inspire and uplift, reflecting the joy and spirit of worship.
